What the bay must hold

The machine frame is at most 4.20 m wide and 3.20 m high. Plant length runs from 6.5 to 15 m and Europe Makine specifies it for each site, so the bay dimensions shape the machine you receive.

Europe Makine says the ACROBAT 2X can be installed even in the tightest spaces. It is modular, and the largest vehicle it washes is 2.20 m high and 2.20 m wide.

Feedwater arrives at 3.5 / 4 bar, and the high-pressure pump raises it to 100 or 200 bar for the jets. Europe Makine designs and manufactures in its own 1,500 m² enclosed facility, and every machine runs under PLC control.

From enquiry to a working bay

  1. Proforma quotation

    Europe Makine prices the ACROBAT 2X by proforma quotation at no charge. Drain requirements are confirmed at this stage, and plant length is specified for the site.

  2. Manufacture

    The machine is built in Europe Makine's own 1,500 m² facility. All metal parts are hot-dip galvanized and finished with electrostatic paint.

  3. Shipping

    Europe Makine ships its car wash systems door to door.

  4. Installation

    The machine is delivered and installed. US installation runs from the Europe Makine base in Greenacres, Florida.

  5. Service

    After-sales service comes from the same base, with its service technicians and spare parts stock. The warranty runs for 12 months.

Service from Greenacres, Florida

Europe Makine's US company installs and services its machines from its plant at 6741 S Military Trl, Greenacres, Florida. Technicians work from that plant, and the parts for your machine are stocked on the same site.

Florida sites in Orlando, Tampa, Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie run Europe Makine wash equipment. The company's US reference site is Ali's Car Wash in Ocala, a conveyor tunnel that Europe Makine built, installed and operates.
